Nature of the Resource

Polk County Recent Arrests is a private reference that points toward jail-record, custody, court, and corrections resources. It stores no official Polk County Jail roster, arrest record, booking photo, or court file. It cannot confirm custody, arrange release, file a record request for a user, or act for Arkansas VINE, Search ARCourts, the Arkansas Division of Correction, BOP, or ICE.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Use the resource only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person.
• Do not make credit, employment, housing, tenant, lending, or insurance decisions from its content.

Arkansas Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Arkansas. References to Arkansas FOIA, including A.C.A. §25-19-105, describe government-record access and do not convert this private resource into a public agency.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
